A huge welcome to your new L1 Lettings Apartment! We’re sure you’re settling in just great! Last week we had the pleasure to meet some of you, who joined us on our Ikea trip and our welcome party. Both were a huge success and it was great to see so many faces!
Anyway, even though fresher’s is over, it does not mean your social life is going to go down hill! Since we’re situated slap bang in the middle of the Baltic Triangle, there are so many bars you can enjoy just around the corner from your humble abode.
A favourite in the Baltic Triangle, has to be the Camp & Furnace, which boasts it’s famous weekly ‘FoodSlam’ nights and somewhat ‘hipster’ laid-back vibe . It’s a must-go on a whatever day of the week. It also holds other cool events such as ‘Bongo’s Bingo’, weekly film nights, as well as it being a regular place to watch the football on their super large cinema screen.
Why not grab a drink in the Constellations. This is definitely one of the best beer gardens in Liverpool and is always home to a number of live events.
If you fancy a quiet drink, then head down to the Baltic Fleet. It’s a cosy little pub, with an open fire and own cellar-brewed ales. Definitely one to visit!
If your feeling peckish, then walk over to the Baltic Bake house for a pastry…or two. It’s insanely close to the L1 Apartment building and super cheap!
Finally, a definitely ‘go-to’ is the Baltic social. Famous for it’s ‘punk tea’ , live music and comfy couches, it’s a great place to hang out after lectures and a bite to eat before a night out.
In terms of location, you couldn’t have it any better, in terms of where your living. There’s so much to see and do in the Baltic Triangle. So give them a go and tell us what you think…
